This Privacy Policy explains how By Any Means, LLC ("By Any Means," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FullControl mobile app and the related web portal (together, the "Service").

FullControl is a business tool for sports academies and their staff. It lets an academy's owner and invited team members manage their athlete roster, billing, marketing, support requests, and communication with By Any Means. It is intended for use by academy operators who are 18 or older.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information so the Service can function:

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and a password used to sign in.
• Content you provide — messages, support tickets, feedback, and any files or attachments you upload through the portal.
• Roster and business data — athlete and member records, plans, and billing status that your academy enters and manages within the portal.
• Device information — a push notification token and basic device type, used only to deliver notifications to your device.
• Usage and diagnostic data — log data generated when you use the Service, used to keep it secure and reliable.

The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send notifications you have enabled (for example, when a teammate is invited or a request needs your attention).
• To respond to your support requests and feedback.
• To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service, with vendors acting on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment and subscription processing for academy billing.
• Apple Push Notification service — delivery of push notifications.
• Resend — transactional email (invites, password resets).
• Slack, Meta, and other integrations — only when your academy connects them, to enable the features you have chosen to use.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

4. Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, we store a device token to deliver them. You can turn off push notifications at any time in your device's system settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify the associated personal information within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, scoped database access controls, and authenticated access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

FullControl is a business tool for academy operators and is not directed to children. Athlete or member records in the portal — which may relate to minors — are entered and controlled by the academy. The academy is responsible for that information and for obtaining any necessary consent; By Any Means processes it only on the academy's behalf to provide the Service.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
